After some reflection that I may need to transition careers due to the pandemic, I realized it had been quite a while since I had revamped my resume. I did not know where to begin. Thankfully, Kim’s approach made the entire process fluid and thoughtful which gave me confidence in highlighting my career accomplishments. She also provided great insight into what employers and recruiters are looking for that helped clarify my next steps. Most importantly, she made it fun and engaging!
